Expected rental growth for the next year!

Zillow has come out with some very interesting numbers relating to expected growth in rents between now and August of 2017. The best part is the inclusion of a tool that lets you drill down to the smaller communities within the metro areas to get specific data on those areas. Some of the best metro areas do have communities that are NOT expected to do as well as the metro overall and knowing that would be HUGE for anyone considering investing in those metro areas.

This is just one more amazing tool that will help you be able to do tons of great research before you ever even stand up from your computer!
