How will the second industrial revolution and things like Amazon Go effect unemployment and real estate?

Some interesting news came out recently regarding Amazon Go. This is another example of how automation is revolutionizing the face of employment - and it is already here! The store is in "Beta" for all Amazon employees. It is located at 2131 7th Ave, Seattle, WA. They are set to open the store to the public in early 2017. We will discuss this remarkable innovation and try to look ahead to the impact on the employment world - because this one is a HUGE game changer!

We will also review some of the other big news in the world of automation that help to set expectations for what we will likely see in the future. Of course, if it effects employment, it effects real estate.
