I had a heck of a time coming up with a sexy, eye catching title for this show. I still think I missed the mark. However, one of the most important things you need to get control of before you start making offers on homes - or doing much of anything else for that matter - is have a good handle on your emotions. I have seen it before, your emotions can cost you HUGE amounts of money. So how do we handle that?
