It sounds like they are using credit to buy the essentials, which should be a worry. We are also seeing that the average income cannot buy the average home in 70% of counties. Mobile home delinquency is on the rise while unemployment is at record lows. That is a whole lot of data that seems to contradict each other.So what can we expect from the market this year if we do see a drop in the number of home buyers in the market?
