Today we are going to review what the folks at Rismedia say are the best way to make your offer stand out. Of course, in addition to checking out what Rismedia has to say on the subject, I will sprinkle a little rebelbroker magic on top and give you some additional insights into how I have made my offers stand out over the years.

We all know that having a property in an area that is served by great schools can have a huge effect on the desirability of your home and therefore, its value. So today, we will review the top 10 most improved school districts from across the country.

Finally, we look at a recent court decision that adds more costs to housing in an area where housing is already a top problem.
