Is pot the next big real estate investment?

Whether you call it pot, marijuana, mary jane, ganja or reefer - it might just be time to include it in your list of possible real estate investments. At least, that is what a newly filed request to create an REIT in New York hopes to do.

So does pot give a great path for supplying a demand in the world of real estate? Maybe, so we will discuss it and talk about what might be a way to get in on the action - if it's for you.

We will also talk about some new FHA rules relating to condos that might just make things easier to get loans on such properties. 

Finally, consumer confidence has taken a turn for the worse and when taken with all the other things we have talked about in the last few weeks, it is worth considering what it might mean if the trend continues.
