We start todays show off by reviewing our goals for 2016. Remember that not reaching a goal is not a failure, it is just a lesson learned on how to get as far as you did get. Whether you achieved every goal or missed on a few, there are lessons to be learned. I will talk about that a bit and even discuss some of my goals and where I fell short.

We will also talk about the fairly wide gap between what the experts are expecting for the 2017 real estate market. One online writer really seemed to hit it on the head, so we will discuss what she had to say and add some of our own observations.
